Solution

1. While holding the ASSIGN key, press the second BLACK key from the bottom. 2. Let go of the ASSIGN key and press the key all the way to the RIGHT. Now EACH time you press the RIGHT OCTAVE SHIFT button, the keyboard will transpose UP a HALF STEP. Now EACH time you press the LEFT OCTAVE SHIFT button, the keyboard will transpose DOWN a HALF STEP. Press BOTH buttons together to return to the normal key.
